ABOUT PAYMENT
There are two possibility to pay:
-Credit card (in any moment Demidoff s.a.s. will reserve the possibility don't accept the cards)
-Bank transfer money
When the payment is with credit card there is the charge of 4% of the total goods account.

We accept VISA- MASTER CARD- EUROCARD- MAESTRO- CARTA SI

When you order we need:
Surname, name, address, city, zip code, country, complete number card, expiration date with mounth and year, payment account.
We suggest to send us the number card by fax or half first numbers by fax and the other by email for your security.

If you pay in a private way (bank transfer money) there is an additional cost for your charge and
you must add Euro 7,75 for banks cost too.
We don’t accept any goods return without our authorization. Demidoff don’t accept claim and returns 10 days after receipt of goods. For any contest will be competent Florence city court.
Pictures, measure and characteritics show can be change without prior advise.
